I look back to these drawings a lot.. They remind me of a time before I felt the need to communicate through my art. Yet somehow I used to feel more inclined to simply sit and draw as time to myself, and less inclined to connect with other people. I associated this time to meditation. These drawings came out of a place of solitude, and the enjoyment of that. For whatever reason I haven't produced anything quite like these in quite some time...
